Chris Pendleton is a FAA Commercial Pilot that holds Single Engine Land, Multi-Engine Land and Instrument Airplane Ratings. In addtion, Chris holds a FAA Ground Instructor Advance Certification. Chris was one of the first 1000 people in the United States to be granted an Authorization by the FAA as an Authorized Drone Operator.

Chris is available for wide range of Tucson Aerial Photography assignments. These assignments include projects such as Aerial Real Estate Photography, Infrastructure inspections, agriculture crop inspections, etc. In addition, Chris is available to assist public safety organizations during emergencies.

Aerial Packages for Tucson Real Estate Photography start at $150.00 to $250.00. Package price depends upon whether the client needs still photographs and/or approximately aerial videography to highlight the exterior of a building and the surrounding property. Chris works with the real estate or owner to capture the vision that the agent or owner is desiring. Airspace and geographical restrictions may apply.

Package 1 - Up to 5 aerial still photos to highlight property characteristics.....$150.00

Package 2 - Up to 5 aerial still photos and 2 to 2 1/2 minutes of aerial videography to highlight property characteristics. Video is edited and hosted on Vimeo. Branded and unbranded videos will be available to the agent to use in MLS and other marketing of the property....$250
